Delta Community Church in Discovery Bay is looking for a home for a modular building that has to be removed for our upcoming church's expansion project.  

They are offering our youth modular building at no cost to any Presbyterian church organization that may have a need for such a facility. 

The youth modular is a manufactured 24' x 40' building that is comprised two 12' x 40'  units that have a towing tongues and wheels for transport.  

We purchased this building from Williams Scotsman in Vacaville, CA in 2004 for $10,000. 

The building will need to be disassembled, transported and reassembled by any interested parties. Discovery Bay has plans from the manufacturer of the building for reassembly and Williams Scotsman has contractors available for disassembly, transport and reassembly.  

The building needs to be removed by July 1st to fit the project schedule that is subject to County building permit timing.  There may be space for a short term storage (3 months max) if required by the church organization.   .
